Refund Policy

At Eleanor’s Daughter, we value the time and commitment of our students, families, and instructors. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure fairness for all parties.

1. Session Cancellations by Clients

  • Notice Requirement: You must notify us at least [Insert Hours/Days—e.g., 24 hours] in advance to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than the required notice period may result in a charge equal to the full session fee.

  • No-Shows: If a student does not attend a scheduled session and no notice is given, the session fee will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost if proper notice is given.
